  My husband needed a new phone so we decided to go to connects pro wireless on Springfield rd. Athena was working today and she was so smart and knowledgeable and really funny too. It was such a great experience dealing with her today. I recommend this store. The only problem I had was they charged a data transfer fee of 50 dollars in store which we have never had to pay for at any bell store we had dealt with before .even the bell representative I called today thought that it was weird as we are buying a new phone from them you think they would have not charged us to transfer our data. I might give the manager a call and see if I can get an in store credit for that, that would be the only thing keeping me from going back to this store is that fee to transfer. But again Athena the bell representative at this store was fabulous! So I’m giving 5 stars to her!

  I would totally recommend dealing with Bell Wireless connection. They provide great service and are very helpful, They also have alot of knowledge in phones and helping you fixing them . Check them out they are on Springfield road

  I visited the Kelowna office with a dead phone that couldn’t be charged. Lindsay spent two hours with me trying to re-boot my phone and helping me compare phones to make the best choice for a replacement phone. She remained patient, professional and friendly throughout my visit, and I left the office a highly satisfied customer. I will recommend this office to my friends. Thank you Lindsay and Joel too!
