  Excellent and professional. Joel helped me today with my small business account - got me a new iPhone and noted that I was eligible for a better plan. So my monthly bill is $20 less with a new phone. Also, very prompt service; I was in and out within about 20 minutes. Will never go elsewhere for my cellphone needs. Thank you!

  I visited the Kelowna office with a dead phone that couldn’t be charged. Lindsay spent two hours with me trying to re-boot my phone and helping me compare phones to make the best choice for a replacement phone. She remained patient, professional and friendly throughout my visit, and I left the office a highly satisfied customer. I will recommend this office to my friends. Thank you Lindsay and Joel too!
