- FAFarid Alakbarov1 day ago1.0Horrible experience. I'd much rather walk my documents to Ottawa than use fedex again. 1st shipment: documents sent, i got charged twice. Resolving a false charge took more than a month. I've called support like 5 times and every-time obtained the same reply "we will put a note on your case". Finally a month later i got my money back. 2nd shipment: things happen, i trusted fedex again. Got a false quote and sent in my documents with fedex... 7 months go by i get a note from collectors saying theres an outstanding balance. Guess what i got double charged again! Absolute garbage! I'd trust a pigeon with my delivery way better than you!
