- TATristan AshbyFeb 9, 20261.0They’re more than happy to sell you a “brand new” phone, take your money, and send you on your way… but once you realize that brand new phone can’t even hold a call, suddenly no one wants to help. Calls drop constantly, basic functionality doesn’t work, and customer support offers nothing but excuses. Selling a product is easy standing behind it when it doesn’t work is apparently optional. Pretty frustrating when the bare minimum expectation isn’t met.
