    Had an extremely good experience at Bell in Orchard Park yesterday. Huge shout out to Phil!! He was literally doing the job of 3 employees at once, maintained his efficiency the entire time and did not make any errors at all. We were not only in and out of there in 30 minutes with two renewals, his attention to detail ensured mistakes made at our previous renewal were not made again (that occurred at a different place 2 years ago). I can honestly say, Bell Mobility would be crazy to not incentivize this guy.

    Jesse, and later on James, did a fantastic job helping my fiancee and myself with our very specific data plan needs when switching to Bell. They were also super helpful with special-ordering the exact spec of phones we needed, and were incredibly communicative during the the time we waited for our new phones to be shipped in from out of province. Jesse went above and beyond, checking in on how our new phones were treating us even though it was his day off when they arrived. 10/10 would shop at this location again.

    Bell’s service is not much different than dealing with the mafia. After over ten years of using bell I finally had an issue, the service in my area up the hill was weak, I was dropping calls, they advised me to use my Telus wireless for calling and gave me credit. I then asked if there were loyalty programs as we were paying almost $100 per month for 3 cell phones that we owned. They gave us a good deal that put us down to $60 per month. When I got my first bill it was a credit so I didn’t pay much attention, the next bill showed a huge increase in the price. I called, they had an investigator look into it and call me back a week later. This is where it gets crazy, the man insisted that we called and increased our data because my wife was going into overages monthly. I said that he had the wrong account, we’re at home and on our wireless and I believe we have unlimited data, he laughed and said we’ve texted your wife about it, which they didn’t. He said your unlimited data is for voice calls, that was another lie built to confuse older people maybe. I then went on line to My Bell and navigated through it with him doing the same on his end. I proved my point, we never used more than 10 gigs in a month and we had unlimited gigs. He was caught, he didn’t investigate anything. I then reviewed the bill and found that the agreed credit amount that would bring us to $60 per phone was actually added and I pointed it out, “there is the mistake right there” he then started pretending that I was being mean when I was in a good mood, we had just got to the bottom of the issue, but he instantly went to acting for the people around him “please sir stop, please let me off this call please please, stop” while I was like “umm uhh I’m not upset, it’s okay” then click. He hung up. I switched providers right away, I reported the issue to Bell who said they would call back so that they could investigate but a month has gone by so I figured a Google review was in order. I don’t want to see anyone having to deal with a company that acts like criminals. I was ripped off by Bell, then abused and lied to, then I had to spend hours switching to a new provider all because of a very visible error. The fact that they only dropped my price to $60 per phone was pathetic anyways. I got our phones down to $40 per phone by switching.
