It honestly felt like he was trying to mislead me just to push their store’s service, rather than actually helping. What made it more frustrating is that when I called the original Bell store, they fixed the issue over the phone in just 14 minutes — no fault, no return, no replacement needed. Just proper support. I’m very disappointed by how I was treated at the nearby location. Bell should ensure their staff provide honest help instead of manipulating customers for their own benefit.
