I returned a phone at a different location. After that When I called your store around 4:56 PM to clarify the return policy, the representative was not only unhelpful but also spoke to me in a dismissive and rude manner. I mentioned that I had returned the phone at another location, but the representative, who spoke Hindi and had a light black skin tone, stated that their manager had directed them not to process any returns until after Boxing Day. This is unacceptable customer service. As a result, I am switching my SIM and main provider. I urge Bell to address these issues and retrain their staff to ensure a better experience for all customers.
