  Very disappointing experience at PostNet. Even though the return service itself is supposed to be free, they still charged me without clearly explaining the pricing beforehand. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and feels misleading. Customer service was poor, and overall the experience felt unprofessional and unfair. I will not be coming back.

  Popped in today to pick up my Purolator package that had been redirected here since I wasnt home to receive the signed delivery last week. The staff member who greeted me was friendly and efficient. He was multi-tasking with a couple other customers in store getting other services done, but quickly acknowledged me entering, grabbed my slip and had my package in less than a minute. I felt the need to write this review because I've had retail jobs in my life that required multi-tasking and it's truly an art form when done right that goes unrecognized in most occasions. Being able to tend to multiple people and still get the job done efficiently is no easy task. I appreciate the simple yet efficient transaction we had. Most of us only write reviews when we have a negative experience but it's extremely important to recognize the good ones too. Thanks 👍🙏.

  Went to drop off a package but needed to print a label. I was the only customer there at the time and the person behind the counter mentioned the standard email-to-print process and when he confirmed receipt, I waited. After ten minutes of nothing, another customer came in and he started helping them. Another ten minutes and we asked what was taking so long. He came around to check the printer, pushed a button and went back behind the counter without saying anything. Another customer and another 10 minutes later. I asked another what was happening and they said the printer was broken. While they were using another printer/photocopier to help this third customer. When asked if they could fix it or print it on the other printer, they apologized and said we'd need to come back another day. If you're a printing shop and a shipping shop, you need to have working printers. Also, you need to communicate with your customers. If there was nothing that could be done (e.g. outside technician has to be called) just say that instead of making us chase you for answers. Will not return.
