Went to drop off a package but needed to print a label. I was the only customer there at the time and the person behind the counter mentioned the standard email-to-print process and when he confirmed receipt, I waited. After ten minutes of nothing, another customer came in and he started helping them. Another ten minutes and we asked what was taking so long. He came around to check the printer, pushed a button and went back behind the counter without saying anything. Another customer and another 10 minutes later. I asked another what was happening and they said the printer was broken. While they were using another printer/photocopier to help this third customer. When asked if they could fix it or print it on the other printer, they apologized and said we'd need to come back another day. If you're a printing shop and a shipping shop, you need to have working printers. Also, you need to communicate with your customers. If there was nothing that could be done (e.g. outside technician has to be called) just say that instead of making us chase you for answers. Will not return.

Great service for almost one year. Today, I picked up my package at this location, very efficient and quickly.
Since I saw some negative comments, I felt responsible to show my gratitude to the store. As far as I’m concerned the staff are friendly and respectful.
Well done PostNet, carry on the wonderful service.

I will never use this courier service again. They are inefficient. I corrected the names three times, and they still got it wrong. When I call, they don't answer, and when I went in person, they just told me not to worry. They don't understand that I am sending important documents that have to arrive on time and in good condition. I explained this to them, and their response was, once again, not to worry. Now I have to sort this out myself.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I dropped off a package and I was the only customer at the time. The woman working was crouched behind the counter with another woman and her dog. I waited because I didn’t want to be rude. After about 5 mins I asked if I could just leave my package. She stood up and said ya ya leave it. I asked how I would know it was processed and she said “when it starts tracking”….but I was concerned because the place was filled to the brim with what appeared to be disorganized packages strewn about. I asked if she could scan it in front of me which she did but cheekily mumbled “there, happy?” And proceeded to go back under the counter to pet the dog. It was a very odd interaction. I won’t be returning and I cannot believe any business would allow customers to be treated this way.

I had a package not get delivered to my place, even though packages in the same order were delivered (not postnet fault)
I couldn't pick up the package at post net for some time , due to their awkward opening hours coinciding with my hours of work.
I received a call on the Friday indicating that I would need to pick up the package, or it would be returned to sender. I had indicated to the gentleman that called that I would pick up on the monday, and he agreed. Fast forward to monday, I arrive at the shop and the unfriendly and unhelpful lady in the front indicates that the package is already being shipped out, and I can look in the pile of packages in the front if I want to see if it is still there. Luckily, the shipping agent was there at the same time to put packages in his truck, and I was able to speak with him to get my package before It went out. Kudos to him for being incredibly kind and helpful.
To Postnet, why would you bother to call me and tell me my package is there, and that I can pick it up on a certain day, only to have it in a pile for shipping out that day, out and then be incredibly unhelpful about it when I am inquiring ? Customer service and communication needs to be improved. The amount of poor reviews at this location speak for themselves. Take your business elsewhere if you value your time.
