There was an error with Purolator with my package not being at PostNet when it should have been. I knew this wasn't PostNets fault but the staff showed zero empathy or cares at all in how they spoke to me. Acting and speaking with empathy is the core of customer service which they have none of here.

I came earlier than the recommended time to pick up my package and was told to come back at 1pm. After killing time I came back, well after 1pm, and was told that my package had been dropped off, but not yet sorted and that I should come back three hours later. I asked if they could just go find mine, as they had told me it would be ready for pickup 1pm and the staff said they would not do that. I asked again and pointed out that it was pretty unreasonable of them to tell me to come back at 1pm if they'd known it would take 3 hours to sort the packages once they arrived, and again I was told they would not be helping me. The staff then told me that I could do it myself. I went back to the pile of deliveries and found my package in less than a minute. The whole thing was handled very unprofessionally.

I've been coming here for quite a few years and the other day it makes me feel good why I stuck to this place I went to the other authorized Purolator Depot which is not PostNet just around the corner and because I was in the area I brought my QR codes from Amazon to them and the gentleman said we don't do it here you have to go home print out the the label we don't even print it out here we don't have a printer just how he was talking didn't make me feel like like it was good customer service not saying that he's a bad guy but just how he talked anyways I forgot that PostNet does accept QR codes from Amazon and I asked the gentleman because I forgot and he said yeah we absolutely do I said perfect!!!! so this PostNet accepts QR codes and everything else I'm guessing great owner nice staff will always come back!!!

This review is for who I believe is the owner of the establishment, an older balding man with glasses. Who showed zero empathy when I drove 30 mins to his location, having called two days earlier to confirm my parcel was there and told by the receptionist I can come and pick up with my ID. This owner insisted rudely that without a tracking number, it was not possible to find my parcel because “we don’t have time to check. It is your problem that you don’t have a tracking number”. I didn’t know I had to bring a tracking number because no one told me that on the phone and this was the first time I was picking up at this location. Also, purolator didn’t leave any delivery slip on my door. I was not being rude, but I asked them to please help a few times as I needed my parcel. Thankfully, his young female assistant took pity on me and asked what type of parcel it was. It took her less than 2 mins to find it because my parcel was so big and super easy to find. If the owner took time to ask simple questions or let me look for my own parcel (they were all out on the floor in plain sight) this stress could have been avoided. If it wasn’t for the nice female assistant I would have to drive 30 mins back home without my work equipment. Thank you for showing your boss what good customer service is.
