- JLJoshua Lind1 day ago1.0Worst customer experience. Went in there for a new plan, was quoted one that didn't exist, but didn't tell me until after they had disconnected my number. Was left in limbo for 2 days while they "tried to connect me to my old plan" only to find out it didn't exist. Weren't flexible in any way to compensate me for losing me my phone plan. Ended up having to get a prepaid plan just to get my number back, so another carrier could pick it up. I'd give zero stars if I could.

He took the time to explain my options, discuss alternatives, and brainstormed ways that I would receive the best value for the price paid. He took his time, and did everything he could to ensure I left satisfied and impressed with not only his service, but Bell's service generally. Bell, you are very lucky to have him! I hope to receive assistance from Abtin in the future. Thank you Abtin!
