  Alexander at the Coquitlam Centre location was amazing to deal with. Highly recommend for more involved transactions. Saved my entire family a ton in monthly expenses.

  I went to the Bell store today to upgrade my phone, and Alex provided outstanding service. He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The transfer between my phones took longer than expected, and he stayed until 10pm — an hour after closing — just to make sure everything was completed properly. As a business owner myself, I truly appreciate seeing this level of dedication and customer care. Bell is lucky to have an employee like Alex! THANK YOU ALEX

  I went to bell at coquitlam center and Alexander helped us to get new phones and it was an excellent service! Even though it was late we never felt rushed and he made sure we got everything we needed. Highly recommend!

  Herb from Coquitlam Centre was extremely helpful when my daughters phone stopped working through no fault of her own. He was able to quickly hook us up with a new phone, including discounts and plan changes to help make up the cost, quickly, for the phone that stopped working on its own. He was helpful and informative, and speedy!

  My wife and I came in today to upgrade our phones. This was our first time doing this in Canada and it was such a smooth and easy process. There was no confusion and everything was explained to us in easy simple ways so we understood everything we were signing up to. Shawn and Dawson were brilliant from the minute we came in. I would highly recommend coming to see them as they take their time explaining every step. They also dealt with several other customers at the time. Positive experience from start to finish!
