She listened first, then helped me find exactly what I needed without pushing unnecessary add-ons. It’s rare to deal with a sales consultant who actually focuses on the customer instead of the script, but she did. If you want someone who genuinely understands customer service, ask for Anisha.

Went into the bell store (even though I’m a virgin customer) and met Cade P, he was phenomenal and went through every option I had in an extremely thorough and efficient way. Got me hooked up with a great phone and did it for way cheaper than I thought it would be. Could not recommend him more and will be going to him/recommending him exclusively for any family and friends. Thank you Cade for giving me faith in damn good old school service
