No clear answers, only excuses and constant delays. Because of FedEx, I had to urgently look for a new New Year’s gift. Customer support was useless and showed zero responsibility. Completely unreliable service. I wasted money, time, and nerves. Never again.

Whereas, I only spent 45 at Canada post and it arrived two days after. What’s more, my address is like one step away from their office and they wouldn’t deliver nor leave a pick up note. I have to check by myself so that I know my package has arrived. What a trash company, you should really just shut your self down
