    This review is for the Bell store on the ground floor (across from Superstore) in Metrotown. When I walked in there were three staff working. One was helping a customer and the other two were just standing there playing with their phone. No one greeted me or asked if they can help. I was interested in getting a new phone. Since the staff that weren’t busy (an Asian girl and guy) didn’t care for my business, I left after looking around. I have a rule that if staff in customer service roles can’t be bothered to at least say hi when I enter, they don’t deserve my business. As I walked out, they were still (surprise!) standing there playing with their phone. It’s unfortunate this is the quality of sales associates that Bell hires to represent them.

    I appreciate Ali who helped me figure out an issue on a Sunday afternoon recently when I visited a Bell location beside Superstore at Metrotown. I don’t have his last name (a tall yong man) but he did a great job to find out the problem and helped me solve it without giving up. Thanks, Ali!
