- PSPaul SchultzMar 24, 20262.0This location is under staffed. Every single time I have been at the post office in the last three years, the line to receive service is 10-15 people. Typically there has been one person working the service desk. a little over two months ago, I filled out a change of address for personal mail and also for business mail. For about a month, the mail was getting forwarded by the post office. Then it stopped. They had started delivering to the old address, which fortunately was a gated resort community that had there own volunteer mail sorting people that would put the mail in our individual boxes. They are forwarding my mail as they receive it. I have tried calling the post office, but after listening to the options it directs you to stay on the line. The problem is the phone rings 20 - 25 times and then drops you. Nobody will answer the phone. I live in another state, so I can't just drive there to talk to them.

Often, it's easier to drive over to the Wellton P.O. during the Holidays. But the USPS has been pretty efficient in my experiences with only a couple lost/damaged items which were due to poor packaging. I've shipped hundreds of sale items over the years with a 100% successful delivery rate.

- PPPhoenixJan 21, 20261.0This has got to be the absolute worst post office. I have ever had in my entire life. These postal carriers don’t care if they miss deliver your packages they don’t go out and try to retrieve them. They lied to the main post office and say the case has been resolved and they do nothing. This has happened more than a dozen times just to me in the last 18 months I don’t choose to use the post office. Some of the places I order from chooses. I would never choose to use the post office in the foothills. They are lazy they lie they wear their pajamas to work. They’re rude with the exception of maybe two I would not trust anything any kind of mail envelope package or anything in the hands of the Yuma Arizona Foothills post office
