- CDC DawsonMar 30, 20261.0I generally prefer to remain reserved, but I have observed that the manager whose name starts with B seems to be unfamiliar with some of the ongoing operations. During my frequent visits to the Yuma location, I’ve noticed that he communicates in a short manner with his team, even though the staff are consistently polite and customer-focused, and they treat me kindly as well. I tend to avoid the manager stated above, as I have noticed that his communication style can be abrupt and sometimes condescending. I find it challenging to have open conversations with him without feeling as though I am being spoken to in a dismissive manner. Additionally, I have overheard comments that are unprofessional about employees, which I believe is inappropriate for a manager. These experiences have made me hesitant to visit the location again. From my perspective as a behavioral professional, I am concerned about the workplace environment and the well-being of the staff. I would not have said anything except I overheard him berating an employee instead of communicating. It was upsetting to hear people being treated this way. They are people, not robots to be treated so.
