The team was so well informed and communicative with my entire shipping experience and kept me in the loop with progress checks on my shipment and how packaging went. The whole team including Deziraee, Desteny, Tony, Kelly, and Denise took their time to make sure everything went smoothly with my shipment and made sure it was transported cross-country safely and securely. Thank you again guys! I hope corporate UPS sees this and knows how much of an asset you all are to the company!

I was there for passport photos and learned that I could also process Amazon returns at the terminals or at the counter with their assistance.
