They wanna charge you to tape up the box so make sure that you have it taped. I attempted to tape it with an old label receipt that could stick to the box and taped it all up with that and they said it wasn’t good enough and received refused my service, granted it’s not perfect but it was taped. (Photo attached) These ladies have such a terrible attitude each and every time I’ve came in here avoid this place if you can, I’ll never return here. The other UPS store is a bit further but definitely worth driving the extra distance. Just came and brought the package to the UPS on 4th, no issues at all…they laughed that I repurposed the old sticky receipt return label to tape it up.

There is a reason I go to the 32nd store because every time I go to this store...they are rude, charge to tape with one piece of tape or lose your package!! Stay away from this location!! Teach your customer service people some manners!! Argued with me on my Amazon box not being in original packaging when I was the one that opened the box!
