- KSKenny SchreiberAug 5, 20253.0The young lady behind the counter wasn't very helpful. First she told us that they would not do packaging based on the information on the company labels we provided. After further discussion we provided an account number which she then decided would suffice for them handling the packaging. She then recommended we put everything in 2 boxes rather than 5. We noticed the printed labels stated Box 1 of 5, Box 2 of 5, etc. When we asked if that should be changed she said she couldn't make label modifications. We then instructed her to use 5 boxes so we would not be contacted later by the recipient asking where the other 3 boxes were. Bottom line she made everything harder rather than easier. There was a young man who assisted moving the equipment from our vehicle to inside the store that was very helpful and courteous.
