This is an historical old building built in the 1930’s. Unfortunately most of the time I go in the employees are grumpy and unfriendly. Today I got in line behind another customer and I was told by the older man behind the counter that I was in the wrong line. Then he proceeded to grumble about people who don’t read signs. This was said in front of the other customer which I thought was inappropriate. A simple ‘That is where the line begins, thank you’ would have been sufficient instead of commenting on my inability to understand signs. If you don’t like working with the public find another job but don’t take out your frustrations on customers! Life is too short to be so unhappy! I work with the public and would never grumble in front of a customer. Now I understand why there are so many negative reviews.

Came in at 3:29 barley 3:30 and the guy at the counter closes down and tells me we close at 3:30 and it was barely 3:30 I understand people have stuff to do but if a customer is there please attend to them instead of being a complete Ahole and brush people off . And this isn’t the first time something like this has happen . He is a bit racist against Native American people

I drove by the post office, the real reason was to see the "Eagles" tribute. It's amazing meeting people who travel there from Route 66 explorers and more.

Worst customer service ever. Older man there that is the grumpiest person ever. Both myself and my wife had the same experience with him. Miserable. I'm surprised he has a job there. Worst ever, makes going to the post office a task that you dread doing.
