- CLChanna LynchOct 9, 20191.0Ladies not only were rude to me and my son they didn't seem to know how the delivery process goes. They didn't know what a "pick-up point" was. I can no longer send packages to my physical address because they will just send it back to the sender. The whole reason I wanted packages sent to my physical address was to avoid their nasty attitudes. Especially the older lady she seems to be the rudest of them all. If I could give half a star I would.
