Understandably, a package was given to them for delivery to my house, which is an unfortunate mistake that I thought could be resolved with a quick phone call. They had my package back on a truck to Timbuktu within the hour however, after ignoring several calls from me in an attempt to get ahold of them so I could simply pick up my package on a brisk seventeen second walk from where I live. I was kind of hoping for my Christmas to not get bent over the fence this year, but alas! The package was apparently marked with the incorrect zip code, which I did not do, so either USPS at the origin facility or the company I purchased from shares the blame. But this would have been so so easy to resolve if anyone had picked up the phone or checked the voicemail.

I had a flat rate box I tried dropping off at Litchfield park location, but it had a broken after hours drop box that was the “large size” Frustrated and needing this package shipped this AM before I go to work, I tried this location for my 2nd attempt. It only had “regular sized” drop box but was functioning and the package made it through but just needed pulled through the other size. I could hear them talking through the vents, so I shouted and made them aware of the package and I apologized, employee still had a snarky remark. I just hope it was still treated kindly given the employees demeanor.
