- TMTheresa McMichaelJan 16, 20261.0I do not recommend using this location. I recently tried sending a priority mail envelope to new mexico which in theory shouldn't take very long, right. Well it sat in phx for multiple days before it some how, some way ended up on a truck to Cincinnati Ohio 8 days after initial sending day. Now we get to wait and see how much longer it's going to take to get to New Mexico. I should've known better than to use this location after a priority package I sent a few months ago took over 10 days to get to wyoming.

Understandably, a package was given to them for delivery to my house, which is an unfortunate mistake that I thought could be resolved with a quick phone call. They had my package back on a truck to Timbuktu within the hour however, after ignoring several calls from me in an attempt to get ahold of them so I could simply pick up my package on a brisk seventeen second walk from where I live. I was kind of hoping for my Christmas to not get bent over the fence this year, but alas! The package was apparently marked with the incorrect zip code, which I did not do, so either USPS at the origin facility or the company I purchased from shares the blame. But this would have been so so easy to resolve if anyone had picked up the phone or checked the voicemail.
