Hours are terrible. They Never answer a phone. Seem like any amazon package is always undeliverable and return back in minutes. Please hold for a day and I will pick it up. Need new hard working staff at this location.

The worst! Still after several years, John refuses to lookup the very few packages I get shipped there that don't have the POBox in the shipping label even though many carriers truncate (remove) the 2nd line in a shipping address which is where I put the POBox if I have to. His solution (particularly to Amazon customers) is to put ONLY the PObox in the shipping address which causes ALL of your packages to go to the Black Hole known as "The Vernon Post Office". The USPS internal systems include a terminal inside of the Post Office where they can lookup our physical addresses and map them to our POBox. It's part of their JOB to perform this duty..... Yet John still refuses to do so and will send back pages even before the 24 hour hold.

Where's my package 2 weeks sitting in Vernon Arizona. Do I have to come get it myself?

Happy with the service here. It's a rural area and alot better than going to Show Low to get your mail and packages.
