They understand getting mail and packages in areas with different physical and mailing addresses can be a real challenge. John at Vernon post office has refused to make any effort to help. He has repeatedly sent back packages without a 24 hour wait. The last package he sent back in less than 20 minutes! We were tracking it, but didn't have time to get it. FedEx and UPS have been wonderful . Not this little perk. (Sp)
