They have killed shipments of fish 3 times for a total of 12 fish and are the rudest laziest people i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. On a Friday you don't deliver live animals and say is policy when the week before same temperature its fine, knowing it will be all weekend now, and now i have another package stuck in a loop for days. You literally have one job.... Delivery, and you cant even do that. Incompetence at its finest. They need an award for it.
