- SISkylee IshamApr 10, 20261.0If I could give no stars I would. This lady refused to hear me out to send a box that I have sent back at least 20 times now in the last two months. Telling me I am wrong and needed to destroy the box. This box is a speaking box and protected through the medical field. Nothing about the box changes and can not be change through federal contracts. She was extremely disrespectful and far from helpful. At the same time she was yelling at another customer.
- JJJessicaFeb 10, 20261.0One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had here. The kiosk malfunctioned and wouldn’t let me enter an address. When I kindly asked for help, the employee dismissed me, told me in an extremely rude tone “it’ll prompt you,” and closed the door. It didn’t. I was left with a $22 label missing the address. Rude, unhelpful, and completely avoidable.

I haven’t gotten my mail in 8 weeks and they all pointed a finger at each other but no one was willing to assist me in solving it. They could have cared less and told me they think I should just fill out a change of address form again and see what happens eventhough I KNOW they can look it up because this did this to me three years ago when I moved into this zip code.
