- AAAnthonyApr 8, 20261.0The line stretched out the door. I counted 39 people. 3 tellers. USPS needs to get it together. 30 mins just for a change of address. I spent 2 mins at the counter. Not to mention it's old and dirty.
- ATArlen TMar 31, 20262.0The post office is a freaking joke there's always something different that's delaying our packages or mail that we sk patiently are waiting for and we get a estimated time then that changes,, then get another one and then that one changes sooooo fed up with the postal service system

Leslie, who I was told is the manager, approached me in a very unprofessional and rude manner. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. My friend has also had similar bad experiences at this location, so it doesn’t seem like this is a one-time issue. Because of how I was treated, I ended up going to a different USPS location, where they helped me perfectly fine and were much more professional. I was also told that Leslie is the manager and that multiple customers have complained and started going to other offices because of their experiences here. I hope this location takes these concerns seriously and works on improving customer service.

- JJJeMFeb 21, 20265.0Although this is a very busy location, the people who work there are very efficient. The line moves quickly due to the well experienced staff. I don't recall having a negative experience here. There is a self-serve kiosk available for use when the post office is not open (during opening hours). I don't understand all the bad reviews. I am literally only commenting on the service that is provided inside. NOT in regards to USPS in general and / or post office workers and their delivery services.
