- MMmisha4 days ago1.0This place is a joke. They have no clue what they are doing or how address changes work. We went in to change our address to have our mail forwarded and the lady said it will be forwarded for a year but yet when we go online for informed delivery it says you have to pay for that. And when we asked her if the informed delivery will automatically update she said she had no clue and that’s not her deal… like isn’t informed delivery literally USPS??
