It was sent from Tucson to San Diego and took over 7 days when it was originally said 3 days. I understand things happen, however I should be able to get a refund on postage that I pay for and don't receive. Also, when I ask for a refund the person at the counter doesn't have to be rude and act like I'm a bother to them.
