  I wasn't really sure what I was doing when I entered the store but the staff was great! Very courteous and helpful!

  They have this giant notary sign outside… with no notary. I tried to call ahead but it went to voicemail. The lady inside was incredibly rude when I said maybe the sign shouldn’t be outside on days the notary isn’t available. Go to a different UPS location!

  Snotty customer service. They don't greet you or say thanks, have a nice day, nothing. Pretty sad

  There is a reason this UPS store has such low reviews. The owner here is very rude toward customers. I went in to get a fingerprint clearance card, as their website claims they do. Only to find out they stopped 6 months ago. I asked if they were able to find out if another location still did the fingerprint clearance. Instead of helping, the owner rudely told me to check Google and go along my way. No help whatsoever! Very rude and would not recommend this location to ANYONE!
