  I called ahead to see if it was okay to have an Amazon order delivered there and the lady said sure no problem it will be a $5 storage fee so i went ahead an had the order delivered there and picked it up with no issues. Then 3 weeks later I went thru the same process but this time they told me on the phone when I called ahead of the order shipping that they would receive the order but I couldn't keep doing this so, I said no problem, I won't ship there again as I travel full time anyway and would not be in the area any longer....but when I picked up the order they had to remind me again in the store in front of everyone in line and embarrass me....really rude manner in the way she did it too. Some UPS Stores take general delivery packages gladly with a smile and $5 fee which is a really nice service for full time travelers like myself...not this one!

  The staff that works the evening shifts, is great! However, there is one girl with black curly hair that seems to always be there in the mornings that is horrible in so many ways. She is rude, she opens her mouth before looking at what you want or need and never takes responsibility for her actions or comments. Last time I was in there she fought with me about “proper packaging” even though my item was already in a box. She said if I had an issue to take it up with Amazon. Even though she was the one denying the packaging. She then proceeded to laugh and smile because she thought it was funny that she was denying me service. The next time I went in.. she must have recognized me because she laughed again under her breath for no reason. I don’t know what she thought was so funny. UPS needs to fire her. Talk about unprofessional and just rude. I’m half tempted to report her to corporate after the two or three experiences I’ve had with her.
