- JBJ B6 days ago1.0Wow, I had a shockingly bad customer service experience at this location. A gentleman had sent an email of a scanned document to me, but I didn't receive it. I called the store to ask about it and the woman who answered was combative from the moment she answered the phone. She blamed me for sending it wrong and said if I needed it the email resent that I would have to go in person and pay more money. So I clarified that her (much friendlier) colleague sent the email. Then she said that it was probably fine then and a problem on my side. I confirmed I was having no issue with email. She demanded again I go in person and pay more money for another email. And she complained that she was busy. I finally got frustrated and told her this was BS and she hung up on me. Which is to be expected. At no time was she willing to even look at her outbox. And she wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. She declared she was the assistant manager, which is pretty pathetic that UPS let's someone so unprofessional to be in charge. Honestly, this woman was clearly in the mood to be difficult from the moment she answered the phone. Her appearance was unprofessional and her phone manners were worse. Checking to see if an email has sent isn't a big ask. I don't need these people picking a fight just because I inquired about an email. I don't know how bad business is that it's store policy to demand more money to check and see an email sent. It was just the grossest a person in customer service has ever acted. Certainly not worth the misery to deal with this place, there's a ton of other options out there.
