  Great service visited this place a few weeks ago and was treated fast and prompt. Got my package delivered on time. Especially thankful for the young lady who was very helpful and attentive Vicki. Recommended to all my business partners.

  So I went this ups store and the female cashier didn't seem all too friendly she had an attitude and her instructions weren't clear when trying to send my pack I feel she purposely lost my package now creating an issue with person that I was sending it to. If there's a way to give a negative star or a complete fat "0" to their customer service and attitude I would. If you want your packages lost don't go to this store.

  Today I went to the store to drop off a package and as soon as I walked in the female staff member looked at me as if I was bothering her. I said “hello” and she didn’t respond. When she gave me the receipt I said “thank you” and she made a grunt sound. I understand we all have our days, but as a customer it’s not great to receive this kind of treatment specially when you are there to serve the public.
