I Shipped a package. Now almost a month late for delivery. I have tried repeatedly to contact a FedEx representative about this matter and all I get is the robotic response. ZERO help. Disgusting company to work with, with regards to a missing package.

Came in this morning to ship some valuable items I just sold. I needed help printing some labels and packing slips, and following very specific shipping instructions from the purchaser. The lady working was super patient, helpful, personable, and caring. She took her time helping me and was very thorough and packaged everything up perfectly! Superb customer service!

I am not sure if they were busy and the guy working there didn't want to deal with my shipment or if he just didn't want to work. I was told I could not ship my package and that I needed an EEI number. After further research - that EEI number is only needed when....✔ The value of one type of item in your shipment is over $2,500 USD
✔ The shipment requires an export license
✔ You’re shipping controlled goods (certain tech, equipment, etc.) This was not the case with my package and I could have mailed it easily. I will be finding another location in the future.

Unless you have a prepaid shipping label, and you are absolutely forced to work with FedEx then don’t, go to UPS.

I would like to extend a gracious offer. I will purchase you a compass or perhaps even a nice GPS unit. That way you may find my house and deliver my packages. It seems the poor FedEx guy leaves your facility everyday gets lost and comes back with all the packages still in his truck. I'm sure the package is enjoy the nice strip around town in the scenic views. Maybe even a few of them like the fresh air, but I can't imagine it's very good for them to sit with you that long. I close by saying I hope this letter finds you in good spirits as mine have vanished
