I use FedEx print services 3-4 x a week. I know what I need and when I said what I needed they blew me off gave me another process that doesn't work for my purposes wasted 20-30 minutes of my time and now I have redo all of my requests for print jobs. Custom print is a service which requires listening and custom solutions. And my jobs are easy.

March 9, 2026: I had to ship a package. Grant was really helpful saying I applied the pre-paid shipping label correctly (it just needed a little extra tape). Thank you, Grant! My husband and I are always satisfied with FedEx!

I am writing to report a serious issue with my recent shipment (Tracking Number: 888379812865
The package was received with one side opened.
The shipment originally contained five packages of goods, but upon opening the box, I found only two packages remaining inside.
The missing three packages were not delivered
I had no choice but to sign for the package, as I was concerned that refusing it might result in further theft or loss. I have attached photos of the opened box and its contents, as well as any relevant documentation and proof of value.
I kindly request that FedEx investigate this issue urgently and provide appropriate compensation for the missing items. This shipment contains valuable goods, and the loss has caused significant financial dam
