The bald guy is very unprofessional and is unwilling to help/lift a finger. I’m not sure why he’s in his current role. Maybe have him in the back so he doesn’t have to deal with humans

I was at the post office 2 days before Christmas, and David, the employee who helped me really went above and beyond and totally shattered what was left of the old trope about disgruntled postal workers, way to go David, you are a rock star.

On November 19th, 2025 at 9:45am I went into the Coronado Station located at Address: 255 N Rosemont Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85711, I attempted to notify the agent of mail pieces coming to me directed to the incorrect unit. I also tried to advise that for the last 2 years I have been receiving mail from previous tenants. 3 different individuals mail have been put in my mailbox despite me repeatedly advising the post office and attempting to contact the senders via RTS that the mail must be returned. It has gotten to the point that I am receiving mail from banks and conservatorships that seem to be time sensitive. However, the employee (older Caucasian bald male) displayed no empathy and made it feel as if it was my fault and I wasn't doing the correct process. This is not my mail. I was instructed to write RTS a year before. Yet the employee does not seem to care about professionalism or customer service. At this point I am wondering if maybe that the Coronado station doesn't seem to care about items such as checks or conservator paperwork, from the title of the sender, does not have empathy or even a small amount of effort to fix this issue. I also went to my apartments complex to see if there was anything they can do as a business, however it seems to be a common overlooked occurrence. I really hope that before even the holidays, including my last 2 years of letting this station know, that it is corrected. Getting mail from department of child affair and conservatorships isn't my responsibility but slightly concerning
