When I kindly asked for help, the employee dismissed me, told me in an extremely rude tone “it’ll prompt you,” and closed the door. It didn’t. I was left with a $22 label missing the address. Rude, unhelpful, and completely avoidable.

I haven’t gotten my mail in 8 weeks and they all pointed a finger at each other but no one was willing to assist me in solving it. They could have cared less and told me they think I should just fill out a change of address form again and see what happens eventhough I KNOW they can look it up because this did this to me three years ago when I moved into this zip code.

I also appreciate that they tell folks how to line up and when to proceed to ensure a more orderly experience. All in all, one of the better USPS sites I've been to!
