I also appreciate that they tell folks how to line up and when to proceed to ensure a more orderly experience. All in all, one of the better USPS sites I've been to!

I was told to stamp my package myself, instead of them helping me weight and putting exact postage needed on each one. Cassandra told me in a very rude manner that they were not going to help me because they needed to keep the line moving. However, I stood in line and waited for all the others in front of me to ship all of their packages with no issue. I understand that it is the season for shipping packages to friends and family but I was a customer just like everyone else and I fully understood what to expect when going to the post office. I went to another post office and received excellent customer service from the clerk with no attitude and they were happy to help. When I spoke to them about my issues, without naming names, they said "Oh, you must have been helped by Cassandra." It was apparent that her reputation is well known across Tucson's postal community and I was shocked that they knew without me having to say her name.
