Usps letter carriers don't want to deliver Amazon packages this is the second time they refused to deliver my items all they have to do is walk 3 paces and drop the box over the fence but can't manage to do that. These lazy people don't deserve a government pay check

Your Local Post Office: Seems Always to get Bad Reviews I feel for postal workers! Too often, it seems like everybody has the same need for postal services at the same time. Going when the line is long and there are only two postal workers serving people behind a counter with five registers is always a trying experience. I try not to take it out on the employees, because it is not their fault that the rush came when it did. That said, the US Post Office I visited was devoid of people when I arrived. It depends on the time of day and the time of month you go to the post office, which determines the kind of experience you will have. Crowds = irritation = anger = bad reviews. I had my choice of two postal workers who were eager to help me. The clerk greeted me with, "How are you doing today?" He had a genuine smile on his face, and I could tell that he was eager to help. That lightened my mood, because I dread going to the post office. All I needed was a stamp, and when the transaction was made with a dollar bill and I got change back, I realized that I could no longer say, "You cannot buy anything with just a dollar." The clerk gave me a warm smile as I turned to exit the building. I was impressed with the peaceful atmosphere and the professional service that I received. The only thing that is needed to have a pleasant experience at a post office is to find out when they are usually the least busy. Call your local office and ask about when the location is not busy.

I think the majority of people only leave reviews when they are unhappy. It was my first visit to this post office to send a package. It was not at all busy on a Friday mid afternoon. I was greeted and helped by delightful Dale. He was exceptionally pleasant. I left with a smile on my face. Thanks Dale!
