On 11/08/25 I received a notification stating that my package had been delivered to my mailbox. However, upon checking, I found that the package was not present. When I contacted your customer service team, I was given unhelpful advice to inquire with my neighbors, rather than receiving assistance in locating the package or initiating an investigation into its whereabouts. I am concerned that this experience reflects a broader issue with your company's delivery processes and customer service. I request that you take immediate action to address this issue, including re-delivering the package or providing a full refund. Even when receiving my house keys, they had issues acquiring the proper information as well.
