Postal Service largely depends on the Postal Employee you deal with; sometimes good, sometimes bad. I've had those experiences myself, even at this location. However, when I need a task complete, I know it will get done at this locations. I've went to several Post Offices on my side of town, and left without success; always a success here. Usually 3 or more tellers open, if less and the line gets long, more tellers are called out. There are Spanish speaking tellers here. The Passport office is top notch. We travel, and need the entire family's passports updated at varying intervals. No complaints, although I highly encourage you to make an appointment, walk-ins wait for time available between appointments.

If only there was a zero star. Why are your delivery driver/ drivers are so incompetent? This is happening a lot . They doesn’t know how to locate people’s house or apartment. It’s always “Unfortunately, USPS ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again.” Are you kidding me? What’s the point of have it deliver and you are not able to do it and now I have to go there and pick it up myself? This is horrible. You guys need to do better.

I recently lost a mailbox key. I went in dreading what I would have to do. CLIFF was super helpful, explained everything politely and clearly. In the end, he saved me a ton of money with his suggestion and made my terrible situation bearable. Thanks Cliff 😃

I was at work when my package was delivered the first time, (A day late) so I called the number thats available for this post office. After 3 disconnected AI calls, I finally was able to get through to a real representative after 30 minutes of waiting. I asked if there was any way to get my package that same day and there wasn't. Thats fine, I understand that the distribution system is weird, so I requested that the "Redelivery" be held at the post office so I could pick up the package at 0900am. I even put the same request in on the USPS website. It was confirmed both on the phone and through the website that I should be able to pick up my package at 0900 the next morning. So this morning I get to the Post Offuce at 0900am. Just to be told, "There wasnt a lot of mail for today, so they just took it for the delivery route." Please explain to me why we have all these different processes, rules, and limitations if they just get ignored anyways. So now I have to be even more late to work (thankfully my supervisor understands) just receive the package that could easily be placed in the locked Mailbox. I want to caviat this with, the representative i spoke to on the phone and at the front desk were both very professional and kind. My frustration lies with the process and the system, especially the AI phone calls that DO NOT help. I have been through this post office before for other reasons and they have always been professional and helpful.
