Every time I see one of my orders is shipping with USPS I have to take a breather. I know some shit will go wrong. Today, my package gets dropped off at a locker because it's owersized (Supposedly dropped off because apparently no one knows). There is no key of course. I go to the leasing office of my apt. No option there. I call customer service 5 calls later I finally get a real human being. They cant do anything until 24h. I visit my zip code leasing office. There is no manager, I don't get a call back. Spent 3 hours of my day off to achieve nothing. Just because USPS is not capable to deliver a package correctly. Every other delivery there is something wrong. And a well worth 1 star review. Imma waste another hour visiting the USPS store again because it's been 4 hours and no call back.

Terrible service, for picking up over sized packages supervisor offer a sour attitude for a 30 minute wait. There are more people waiting, for packages than there are in line for regular service. Refine your service!

Today I came in like always to my local USPS I was i was greeted with respect by an employee name Shannon. She was very nice. She went above and beyond to help me. But then Leslie interrupted us was very rude, told Shannon to hurry up and clock out and go on lunch while she was in middle of the transaction. With me trying to help and go above and beyond, Leslie moved me to the side and said, just wait until another window is available. And that's when I realized, wow, what a toxic environment I feel very bad for all the employees because of Leslie 5 stars for Shannon 0 stars for leslie..
