The incompetence of those that work at this location is only exceeded by their indefference. Anything of value, take it to the Coronado staion. FedEx is even better.

Although this is a very busy location, the people who work there are very efficient. The line moves quickly due to the well experienced staff. I don't recall having a negative experience here. There is a self-serve kiosk available for use when the post office is not open (during opening hours). I don't understand all the bad reviews. I am literally only commenting on the service that is provided inside. NOT in regards to USPS in general and / or post office workers and their delivery services.

I use the kiosk when I was forced to go here as it was the only usps near where I lived. The elderly white hair lady manager was always rude towards me and I have no idea why. Her understudy lady was the same. They would refuse to wend my labeled mail if there was just a slight bend in the blank white corner. I have never had any of the other usps refuse my mail. As long as the bar code and address is not bent/distorted they have always accepted and shipped my mail. It got so bad with just how nasty their attitudes were that I just used the pre paid qr code label options at the kiosk machine and dropped it into the 1 large collection box. They are also the worst at making sure their 1 large and 1 medium collection boxes are empty. They are almost always so full you cant use them. There are 2 male employees that have always been kind and polite-they deserve raises or better yet let them work under a new/better manager.

Why has the delivery started getting so bad? Half the time we don't get our mail the day we're supposed to or it's delivered to the wrong house. One of our very important pieces of mail never did show up. It was a check. I had to contact the company to have them cancel the check and send a new one. When we went to the post office about it. The gentleman was very nice but he said to wait and if it didn't show up to fill out a form. These things very rarely happened before. We lived in the same house for 28 years. So I guess now it's a maybe if we're going to get our mail when we're supposed if at all.
