One of our very important pieces of mail never did show up. It was a check. I had to contact the company to have them cancel the check and send a new one. When we went to the post office about it. The gentleman was very nice but he said to wait and if it didn't show up to fill out a form. These things very rarely happened before. We lived in the same house for 28 years. So I guess now it's a maybe if we're going to get our mail when we're supposed if at all.

I came in and filled out the paperwork and had my number written down. I received a call from a very confused technician about where to find the cluster box and which number it was. I informed him that there was the full address on these boxes and that it was on a cul-de-sac. Since then, the locks have been changed (old key no longer works) but my new key hasn't been given to me. What's going on? I can't even reach someone about this.

The driver in the Harrison and 22nd area is CONSTANTLY delivering our mail to our neighbors. I have not received quite a few online purchases and my wife has been lost hundreds of dollars in items as well. Can't even get through and talk to a human being. the absolute worst.
