- CFCarlos FigueroaJan 3, 20261.0During my visit to the Oro Valley Post Office, me and your German wife felt unwelcome and treated as an inconvenience by the entire staff. The interaction was particularly negative with an employee named Kerri, who came across as combative, dismissive, and condescending throughout the entire transaction. The most disturbing part, was when the USPS customer satisfaction survey appeared on the point-of-sale screen: Kerri rushed to select a positive (green happy face) rating for herself. This is bold face cheating and manipulation of the survey system. This raised serious concerns for me about potential other unethical practices at this location. As a result of this highly negative and shocking experience, I have decided never to return to this post office. This encounter left me with a strong sense of poor customer service and eroded trust in the location's integrity. I would give this location zero stars if google allowed it.
