After visiting the post office in person, we were to receive a call from the "manager" by the end of the day and did not. I had to go back the following day to talk to him in person. He basically told me the package was "lost" and that was the end of it. They must have stolen it or their courier did. I have never missed a package but ironically missed a whole business check book, deposit slips and all conveniently. No resolution and no sense of actual remorse. Two days later we received a notice for another package from USPS and the business we purchased from saying our package was delivered... but of course it was not. Ironically, another visit to the office and speaking to the same manager (who was supposed to call today but ironically did not) the package showed up in the parcel locker... If you can avoid USPS-you should certainly do so.
