People are getting their mail to us marked ”moved, no forwarding address.” We filled out a change of address to the Tucson address in mid-October. We have been to speak to employees at the Thornydale PO twice now. They take notes and one said he would call us back when the computers were back up - but we got no call. This is ridiculous and it’s costing us money. We haven’t gotten our ordered our auto tags 3 times but have not received them. We did not get the letter from the new HOA management team saying where to send our dues. Who knows what else is missing! This is for an address on Camino Hornos, Tucson 85742.

I’ve been living at my residence for over 13 years this is the first time this has happened. I’m over it. I really don’t want to use the post office for anything anymore. You can’t talk to a real person over the phone it’s absolutely ridiculous
