Customer service rep behind the counter has no sense of urgency. Will skip this post office and use UPS next time. With the price of shipping now days with USPS would expect better customer service. Thornydale Post Office you have lost my business forever!

People have jobs and need to be able to drop off pre paid packages at all times. Line out the door and 2 staff working initially then line gets longer and one employee leaves? No replacement? Had to wait around way longer than necessary. Make a clear area to drop off pre paid when open and fix the drop off part! Ridiculous
