- HHHcucuSep 22, 20251.0Now, I am never the person to add a negative review but I'm 46, and I've had multiple different posts offices delivering my mail throughout my life. And I've NEVERRRRRR had such an issue as I did with these ppl. They were always nice in the post office. It was my carrier that was the problem. It wasn't that he wasn't nice. It was the constant delivery of other ppls mail to my box. NEVER ENDED MANNNNN.................. I did everything I had to do for a change of address before I moved to that address. I even went down to sb office to show pic ID to prove who I am, I filled out the little card thing that u put in the mailbox, I tried contacting the national USPS number to see what could be done about this, they were just as nonchalant so they were of no assistance, I called the sb off tons of times as well, "oh we'll talk to the carrier sir, so soror ry for the inconvenience, that shouldn't be happening, you did everything u were supposed to do, we'll speak to them." Welp, to this day, it's still happening. It's been a year man.. A friggin year lol. Are u seriously that incompetent? Or is this some passive aggressive baby game? It started off as me getting only 2 different people mail, then they disappeared, then I'd get 2 more ppl mail, then again and again. It's been reported a zillion times I. AM. THEE. ONLY. PERSON. WHO. LIVES. HERE!!!!!!. I've even left countless letter taped to my mailbox handwritten myself. Very nice, polite, civil. But during this review, forget it, all patience has been exhausted. HOW HARD IS IT TO NOT DELIVER OTHERS MAIL TO MY HOME? JUST HOLD THEIR MAIL AND ONLY DELIVER MINE? Oh, and then there's the whole thing where FOR MONTHS they weren't delivering ALL of my mail. They were even redirecting it to the sender. I never received my phone bills, my ATM debit card, my medical card, ALL LOST HAD TO GET THEM CANCELLED AND RESENT. Then other pieces of mail were held. BUT OH NO LOL.... YA NEVER MISS A BEAT SENDING OTHER PPLS MAIL THOUGH, HUH? PUNKS....

This location often fixes issues that my home usps branch cause or ignore and are always happy to. Let's be honest yall, these ppl fix others problems all day, and they have to address angry ppl with little context and a smile. This staff at the front does this with respect and a smile

- BBbearJul 18, 20251.0I don’t know about the other workers, but one of the workers I met there was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. My mom does not speak English well so it was difficult for her to understand what this worker was explaining to her. However, this worker proceeded either to blatantly ignore her and only try to speak to me, snatch items out of her hand, be very rude, and speak in passive aggressive tones. This worker also had the audacity to tell me verbatim, “I feel bad for you” as if trying to mock my mother. I was astonished when I heard those words. Although I understand this circumstance may have been frustrating, the rude and disrespectful manners were completely uncalled for. My mom faces many obstacles daily because of her language barrier and this worker did not at all try to accommodate her. In summary, customer service was terrible. Will never be going back to this establishment again.
