After reading former reviews I was a little worried but before I got there I prayed and asked Jesus for favor and that His love would shine through me.towars the staff. When I got there I was helped by an older gentleman with gray hair and glasses. He was kind, professional and efficient. It was a great experience. May God bless everyone who reads this review. In fact, everyone that’s helped me here has been efficient & polite. Only drawback is the lack of options for packaging to purchase (like larger cushioned mailers), so come prepared. People need to be more patient. It’s an underpaid, under appreciated career.

Anything I asked was answered rudely and without explanation. Example. Ma'am I can't tell u how to answer,I said I'm just asking for u to explain,after all u work here.Never did shevchange her attitude!
- DLDiane LizDec 17, 20251.0I went in there and initially asked if they could print a shipping label for me and the lady at the counter said yes, I asked because there was a long line and I didn’t want to waste my time. By the time I get to the counter (after 35 minutes, which I never complained about because I understand how busy it can get) another lady says she can’t print for me but the other worker next to her could. I waited and this other lady (same lady that told me yes initially) says that’s not possible anymore. I ask if they have a printer and they said no. Their attitude was very rude and not understanding at all despite all the time I waited and despite I told them I had no other way to print it. Horrible customer service. Still wished them a good day and also wish they had a better attitude at work.
