They then got upset at me for failing to use a sharpie when they handed me a ballpoint pen. I left without making a scene, but I don't plan on returning and wouldn't recommend anyone else doing the same.

The woman (I didn’t get her name) allowed me to email the label to her coworker Frank and he was able to print the label for me, taking them a bit past closing time. It was super appreciated as I’m here on holidays and don’t have access to a vehicle to come back the next day or after the weekend. Everyone was super friendly and helpful
