I was in the Fort Lowell Station post office last week. A postal worker named Joshua's attitude towards an elderly gentleman was absolutely disgusting. This gentleman was obviously confused and Joshua kept repeating, "I told you, you need to cover the seam". Instead of physical helping the man, he talked down to him and with contempt. Joshua was also rude to me but that is neither here nor there. I would think an individual that works in service would have a better attitude when serving the public!

The postal worker didn't even care when I told him his delivery was less than cool. We have large parcel boxes. He placed this package in my tiny box when the "delivery gate" was open for easy access to place mail in multiple boxes. Then he closed it. I couldn't get the package out, my office couldn't get the package out, so the office then had to call maintenance to get my package out for me. The books inside cost $199. Forever bent, like the lazy postal worker's attitude. It is clear to see that he does not like his job. Zero capability in utilizing customer service skills over this way. He is only interested in serving himself. I wish a zero-star were a ranking option.

Terrible service. That blonde ginger dude with the beard has terrible customer service plus they closed earlier than the time posted.
