Absolutely horrible, and they don't even deserve one star. My postal person left a slip on my door for me to sign and place in my mailbox, so apparently, this is a certified letter, which I deem important. The signed slip has been in my box for 2 days, and my letter has not been delivered yet. It should have been delivered. Complete incompetence. I mail everything at the UPS store now. They do both UPS and USPS and compare costs for you. This postal location sucks.

The United States Postal Service is the only one that has good service. There was a manager that helped me with my lockers. My keys could not fit and I lived up the hill and I have to drive down out of the gate and get to my mails. However, The USPS changed the locks and given me my new keys and this time it worked! No more frustrations. 😉thank you to the manager at Grant for helping me get this fixed. I love this place. They’re always nice to me so I have no negative feedback.

An important package was supposed to be delivered today but instead I got a slip saying the package needed to be signed for even though I never signed for a package from this company before. I decided to call this location directly since they were supposed to deliver it. I have called 20 times in one hour and never once did anyone pick up. After about 6 rings I get a busy tone. I am disabled and there are days when I am in too much pain to go out. This is one of those days but I have no choice because usps workers have decided they no longer want to do the jobs they get paid for.

I had a great experience at this post office! The employees were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The location feels safe, is easy to access, and there’s plenty of parking, which made my visit even more convenient.
A special thank you to Gabi, who went above and beyond to help me open a PO Box. She explained the process clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made everything so simple and stress-free. It’s not often you find service this wonderful —thank you, Gabi!
Highly recommend this post office for anyone needing reliable and friendly service!
