Proceeded to be told that they weren't paid for even though I showed her on my phone, she then charged me 7.20 for one flat rate, and then 7.50 for the other. Inpoibted this out and was just told that's how it is. Seriously?! 2 different prices on the same exact envelopes. I had to have those packages shipped that day so ate the cost, but they need some training in that post office.
