Completely mismanaged USPS office. Drivers dont deliver packages properly, packages marked as delivered when not, signature required packages delivered without signature, pick up requests ultimately ignored, mail forward requests done in office never completed and the list goes on. Lots of lazy incompetent staff who dont take their job seriously and cant complete their duties. Avoid this office at all costs.

I’ve been using the USPS for 10 years to mail things I sell online, and I ended up at this location randomly because it was near a job site. This is the absolute worst post office I have ever been to. The clerk was rude, they had no packing supplies, and the it’s like 100 degrees in the waiting area. The entire experience was so taxing.

UPDATE UPDATE Don't buy anything and have it shipped to this post office on valencia. I'm out $115.00 bc someone wanted my package more than me. Box label was ripped and made to where it can be replaced. You can plainly see it wasn't a gallon of fly spray and 2 fly masks. The FBI was notified and a call from me for federal mail theft. If I were you don't trust these people and this facility. Update: after asking them to search for the package, they gave it 24 hours and sent an email saying it was delivered and blocked all communication pertaining to my package. I contacted the news and was hoping to blow the whistle on these people and the fraud that this company allows, still waiting for the FBI investigation and the news to get ahold of me. At the end of the day, these are people who where given a badge and a pass to steal without consequences. They put their pants on the same way we all do. The morals of these humans are disgusting.

They accept packages they can't deliver, so you have to pick them up. I.e the delivery service that doesn't do what it supposed to do.
