    I just left the store visible shaken. The clerk who told me she did not have a name when I asked for hers, was extremely agitated and rude. I was following directions from my tiktok return which said I could return an item without a box as long as it was an actual UPS location. Which it was. She told me I had to have it boxed, I apologized and said I was just following what they told me. She got super irate and told me she hears this from about 40+ customers a day. She started to get more agitated and started to say something about being chased with a knife. I tried to de-escalate the situation, but she started ranting about the police and how I should know things based on where I work. I tried multiple times to calm her down. Apologized multiple times because I didn't want the situation to get out of hand, but this is extremely unacceptable. I left the store visible shaking and was told by her to not come back. I politely asked for her name and she told me she didn't have one. I would like the owner to see this message and to take some kind of action. I was there today (11/4/2025) @ 915 am. No other customers or employees (that were visible) were there. After reading the other reviews I would like to state that it seems like the same person according to the description. And it also seems as if the person who commented about the owner's perspective is also right. I have not seen 1 apology from the responses. Only condoning the behaviors and giving a reason for the rude behavior from the associate. I am anxiously awaiting my response. Since no one else was privy to the conversation, I am wondering what the reasoning behind the behavior will be. I also called and emailed UPS corporate offices. I am awaiting a call back And it's hilarious the owner's response. There was no waving any hands in anybody's face. I asked her one time if she had a name. She said no. I said okay. I will go ahead and report you them as anonymous. It's sad when businesses have such awful employees. And now we know why you have such negative reviews. I will gladly pick up my items with the police which you so rudely talked about

    Sent my husband in to drop off prepaid packages on 10/21/25 at 9 a.m. - we were not aware that UPS does not generally give receipts in this case. When he asked for one, he was told that they don’t issue them and was then told to “take it somewhere else, we don’t care,” at which point the female employee walked away. Apparently, common courtesy is not a thing at UPS Store 6850.

    I never ship anything and I am so sorry Mary lol but appreciate your patience and advise!! But Mary she’s an angel she’s so kind, so patient, and so very understanding and helped me when I needed directions! She deserves a raise for stellar service and kindness! I will return to this site simply because you just can’t get kind help anymore!

    I was calling to ask about a package and get information, I was cut off and told I was yelling.. which I was not yelling i don't yell on the phone. And i was trying to ask for more information when contacting a 1-800 # regarding a lost package.. I was then hung up on.. and when I called back I wasn't able to speak just talked over in a rude manner. I understand people have bad days, next time just breathe and relax not everyone is out to get you. attached is screenshot of another review the exact same narrative as I had accused of yelling and hung up on.
