  I just stopped into this UPS Store and had the BEST experience. I met the owner, and he was absolutely amazing. He helped me with my Amazon return quickly and made the whole process so easy. On top of that, he was genuinely hilarious and made my day. You can tell he really cares about his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  So I wrote to the email provided on my review but it says email not found. In order to get some assistance on my case. 9434650899563113976055 That’s the tracking number provided by employee at the time of dropping off my package. The website still shows that my package is still on your side and usps is still waiting on the package. We are begging for an update

  Está locación es la peor. Si existiera la opción de calificar con menos estrellas le colocara -5. Estuve buscando por más de 4 horas mi paquete porque la chica de cabello amarillo de ahí me decía que no estaba en esta UPS, solo porque tenía pereza de buscar, la respuesta que me dio ella fue «llamé a UPS, aveces no hacen firmar los paquetes y nos sabemos si están» (cuando deberían revisar si llegan o no lo que firman) llamé directamente a UPS para solicitar la prueba de entrega y en «RECIBIDO POR:» ellos colocan el nombre «DÍA» para no hacerse responsable de los paquetes; A la final pedí foto del paquete con el remitente para mostrársela a la chica y descaradamente me dijo: «ahh si está aquí, yo misma lo tiré para atrás, fue uno de los primeros paquetes que llegó» sino le hubiera mostrado la foto, el paquete no aparece. (La chica siempre tiene la camisa celeste de USP)

  Lovely staff!!! They like to steal items they did not pay for!! Ordered an expensive item from Amazon. When I picked up my package I noticed it had been open thru one of the sides and badly re-sealed with regular tape! Took my item and replaced it with some cheap lotion. They did not even bother to cover the original slip where I can clearly see package was dropped off at UPS at 5:50pm and re-sealed at 6:23pm! Please everyone don’t have UPS hold your packages at this location!!!!!

  Walked in today, neither of the employees looked up to greet me when I walked in, while they were clearly sharing gossip with one another and trying to talk privately with their heads down. The boy who helped me did what I asked of him, but no emotion whatsoever. No eye contact, no smile. Customer service is not good here.
