    Customer service is subpar both employees there were mad I came in 45 minutes before closing they made me buy a pack of 10$ tape they couldn’t provide. even though they were wrapping packages left and right “only because they were liable about wrapping my return themselves” or I could return another day with my stuff printed and wrapped oh and they charged another 6 dollars to print my return labels even though this is a return package from Amazon I would understand all this but they were super condescending and had me wait again and again in line on top of those things just rude and rude but I wouldn’t expect anything less from the south side of Tucson.

    So upset I left my package there. They said they scanned it. Only time I did not ask for a receipt and they never scanned it in. Now my package is lost they told me to call ups number and they can’t help me because they never scanned it in.

    I had been a paying customer of a mailbox, and I purchased a car at auction in which they mailed the title to my UPS Store box by mistake. I asked the auction house to have it mailed to my home address. I had been tracking the delivery, but the delivery was to the address of the UPS store, showing "signed for." I went to the UPS Store and asked for my mail, and one of the young employees said, "Oh yeah, I was just looking at it." The manager quickly interrupted, saying, "No, it was returned already." The young employee was surprised but remained quiet. I called the auction house to be told nothing was returned, and they noted it couldn't have been returned without new postage because it had been received and signed for. I called the store, speaking with a young woman who also said they had my mail but was interrupted, then placed on hold, only to be told her manager said it was returned. At a later date, I went into the store as I regularly ship packages at this store, and seeing the manager wasn't in, I asked the young woman about my mail. She said, "Oh yes," and proceeded to get my Priority Mail envelope that now was clearly opened then re-taped. The title to my car was withheld from me by the store manager, and she lied to me about it being returned. I have no idea why, because I am always polite and a regular customer. I want to make this clear: my experience with the general employees at this location has been positive; it's the manager that made things very difficult for no reason

    Delivery driver dropped off one out of two packages in a different neighborhood, picked it back up and dropped it off at the right house, then stole the second package, a federal crime? we have tried to reach out to UPS, called, notification told us approximately 30 min wait time, spent 3 hours befor it disconnected. Filing police reports today, criminal delivery drivers needs to get caught!
