  Stay away from this place ! !!!!I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this was ridiculous! I couldn’t believe what was happening . And worst of all the employee denied what they did . I felt so uncomfortable! I went in to the self serve counter . I lost track and started putting tape on my package . Female employee upper 50s comes up does not say hi in a rude tone ,she tells me I need to follow the directions before the screen closes . She then proceeds to pull my box out of my hands so she could handle it . I couldn’t believe it . I told her you’re being very rude i feel disrespected. She said no I am not . I brought the conversation up with the manager in front of the employee. I was met with very little empathy and a half ass apology .

  Not great. Phoned in to check if notary would be in, they said until 4pm. When I get there ten minutes before, they are like: 'He already left, come tomorrow.' They must do better than this.

  They are always cheerful and happy to see me. I won't go anywhere else. I've sent packages, sent returns, dropped mail off, had copies made, letters faxed, documents notarized and passports updated. They know what they are doing and are very patient with me when I need help. They give a AAA discount.

  No military discount, which is the owners decision. UPS advertises a 10-40% military discount on its website…Disappointing!
