There is a reason this UPS store has such low reviews. The owner here is very rude toward customers. I went in to get a fingerprint clearance card, as their website claims they do. Only to find out they stopped 6 months ago. I asked if they were able to find out if another location still did the fingerprint clearance. Instead of helping, the owner rudely told me to check Google and go along my way. No help whatsoever! Very rude and would not recommend this location to ANYONE!

A great place to get a private mail box! Get your mail, Amazon packages, signed packages, stamps, fax, printing, color copies, gift boxes, shipping. If you travel or just don't want to wait at home for deliveries, get a worry-free mailbox. I've had my private mailbox for 12 years, which means no more junk mail! Clean, organized, efficient staff! The owner is a sweetheart. Open 7 days a week! Easy parking. Quick Amazon returns. It's next to Bashas, Paulene's Nail salon, and Dominick's Italian Restaurant.

I recently went in after having a bad experience, at fedEx the gentlemen at the front counter Jeezael was very professional and knowledgeable. They now gained a new loyal Customer, Thank You UPS. Continue a higher employees like this.
