Very bad customer service. Amazon has been down for several days, yet they still won’t help customers. They also close 10 or more minutes before their posted closing time of 6 PM. Every time, the employee just says “come back tomorrow” instead of assisting. Very unprofessional.

I have had the same experience as many others who left reviews. I have had several encounters with Mina, who is terribly unprofessional. But very recently I had a lovely experience with a very sweet girl who is clearly new because I hadn't seen her before, I believe her name was Amber or Amanda. She was very kind and happy to help, her co-worker Noah was training her and she did great from start to finish. I think this place might be turning around in the customer service department. Collectively they walked me through the Amazon return process and helped me transition my returns drop off location while still engaging other customers as they entered the store! Great job Noah and Amber!

Called to get some clarification on shipping a package with my account as I own a business and my printer is down. The gal that answered the phone was very short and stated I was not able to ship. I told her I use a waybill and if she had any. She then got bothered and said in a firm voice “we don’t do that” I advised she may want to get filled in on services offered and she hung up on me. Needless to say I will end up seeing her in person because this is the closest location. If I can get her name I will update the post for store owner reference.
Update: gals name was Mina and all of the gals at this location were less than friendly all because I was insistent on billing my account and trying to find a resolution. Shocked honestly! I called my local store they recommended I go online and pay for the package through my account then the current location can scan and print the label. (Which is what I did)
Training opportunity: ma’am thank you for choosing our location to ship unfortunately we do not offer way bills at this location you have a couple of options, 1 log into your account and create the shipment and we can print the label or 2 there is a UPS center at:shares location. If you get a way bill we would be happy to get that shipped for you.

I dropped off several packages at this UPS Store, and they ended up getting lost. When I went back to speak with the location manager, the entire staff jumped into the conversation and talked over me instead of actually helping. The attitude was rude and unprofessional.
All they kept telling me was to “file a claim,” without checking anything or taking responsibility for the packages I had handed directly to them. I left feeling completely dismissed and frustrated.
I expect better service and accountability from a UPS Store. I won’t be returning to this location.

Eric went above and beyond to help me pack something that was very important to me. He sold me a box, packing materials, and helped me tape it up.
The only gripe I have is that they don’t turn the ac on so it’s hotter than heck in there.
